radio panel water-jet cut: 2013-12-06

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT1

The aluminium radio panel IM02B afer water-jet cutting to my .DXF file. This is much easier and tidier than hacksawing and filing or using holesaws, but a bit of de-burring was needed on the cut edges. Alas, it turned out that I also had to do a little more manual fettling because I hadn't checked some dimensions carefully enough. Despite that, it was very satisfying that the majority of the instruments just dropped into place in the holes cut by the water-jet machine.
