temporary assembly to check lock position: 2022-06-25 Panasonic DMC-FT1
The starboard lock tang temporarily assembled to a hook plate with a spacer. This is to allow the shaped edge of the tang to be placed approximately on the crest of the pushrod with the hook plate against the milled face of the pushrod, so that the position of the lock barrel can be marked on the door outer skin.
