Unsatisfactory Nicopress sleeve

I was concentrating on getting the Nicopress sleeve up snug against the thimble and didn't notice that I had pulled the free end in further than intended. It's just about legal, as the free end is protruding over its full diameter. However, it is liable to raise eyebrows at later inspections, so I decided to re-make it.
