Lumix DMC-FT1
Making the rebate on the flap root extension former so it will fit inside the flap root closeout. I have milled the foam back about 2mm from the original surface using a Dremel tool fitted to a router base. A small edge was left to support the router base, and it will be removed when the corner is chamfered. Sharp-eyed readers will notice that this is the starboard former - I forgot to take a picture of the port one at this stage of work.
