anchor nut placing tool: 2022-01-21 Panasonic DMC-FT1
A cut-off length of sight gauge tubing bent to act as a placing tool for an anchor nut. The anchor nut will be mounted on the seatback, for the screw securing the P-clip at the bottom of the sight gauge. Although I could easily see where it should go, there was too much obstruction in the port tank outlet access hole to place the anchor nut by hand or even using long-nose pliers. I found that the sight gauge tubing would just hold this particular brand of anchor nut quite firmly - other brands were just a bit loose. I had to warm the tubing with a heat gun to set the required bend.
